and green tie dye, bright green with little ferns &
sparkly yellow and gold ruffle.
Three tiers with a 128" spin! Green drawstring
cinches down to extra small and up to 42". Length
measures 37" (which can be hemmed). Large
batik side pocket.
Several small light red spots on back, left side of
ruffle are not noticeable in all the gathering.
