This beautiful 3 tiered skirt is one of my all time favorites. Made with 5
great fabrics: light red with tiny calico flowers, another light red with tiny
leaves, light yellow and light blue with large leaves and the great ruffle on
the bottom is light yellow with pastel stars. The blue silky drawstring
opens to 41" and tightens to extra small. The length is 38" and the bottom
spin is 126". It has one side pocket. So full of love and cheer!
